As I said the other night, there are a couple more videos coming after this one of a walkthrough from the delivery day, day 2 of framing and day 3 of framing.  I need more computing power to create, render, and upload all of this video!!  Or so I thought…

If you have ever used a video editing package you are probably familiar with the timeline.  Well, on the delivery day, I shot several hours of video, that I then streamed down to between 8 and 9 minutes for youtube. Well, on the timeline I missed a giant chunk of video way off at the 2 hour and 11 minute mark.  That made the video 1.24 Gigabytes (GB) when it was finally done rendering and took 14.5 hours to render.  It took an additional 7.5 to upload to youtube

Then it was rejected by youtube because of the length of the video.  They only take up to 10 minutes.  So all that time was wasted.  It did clue me in to what was happening though.

I finally was able to fix the video and re-upload it, which you can see in the top-right.  Here’re some photos of the crew erecting the first floor exterior and interior walls of our Whitaker Corners Barden Home:

I have a day 1 and day 2 walkthrough video coming right after this post, and a day 3 of framing video coming right after that.  We’ll be caught up then!
