I am VERY excited to have the 1st floor walls delivered tomorrow!  They got the 1st floor deck on in no time, and the framing contractor thinks they can have all of the 1st floor walls up by Thursday of this week.  That would be just 2.5 days!  I will be sure to Tweet the progress as well as post pictures and video of the installation.

I’m told that the wall sections come studded and sheathed with OSB.  That should make for very quick installation!  Check back for updates.
